Shipping Information

Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process and expected delivery times.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you'd like to return your order, please wait for delivery and send it back using our returns process. To keep our pricing accessible, we do not offer free return shipping. For assistance, please contact our support team at support@reece-footwear.com.

To reduce unnecessary CO2 emissions, we ship directly from our production facilities to you — cutting out middle steps that waste time, money, and energy.

While this may extend delivery times slightly, each avoided transfer saves up to 24kg of CO2 — making a real impact.

Order Dispatch Time

Orders typically ship out within 1–5 business days. During high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Priority Processing

Priority Processing moves your order to the front of our fulfillment queue. Please note that this does not shorten shipping time, only warehouse handling speed.

Insured Shipping

Choosing insured shipping guarantees a free replacement if your package is lost or stolen during transit.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

What if my package hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipment, follow the steps below:

1. Check your tracking status

Use the tracking link from your confirmation email or visit our Contact page to check progress.

2. Confirm your shipping address

Review your order confirmation to ensure the correct address was submitted. Unfortunately, we cannot update an address after dispatch.

3. If marked as “Delivered” but not received:

  • Check around your home or property (porch, garage, behind furniture, etc.)
  • Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff
  • For apartments: check mailbox, parcel lockers, or security desk

4. Still can’t locate it?

Reach out to us at support@reece-footwear.com and we’ll open an investigation with the courier.

Need Support?

If your order appears delayed or stalled in transit, it may be due to a courier issue — which typically resolves within the normal shipping window.

If your package is overdue, or you need help with anything else, please reach out via the Contact page and we’ll be happy to assist.

*Please double-check your order before checkout. Once items are shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Our 30-day return policy applies once your order is delivered.
